I do not accept or bill insurances, Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is expected 24 hours prior to your visits.
I will be happy to provide you with a monthly statement of services rendered (a superbill) if you wish to use it to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
It is advisable to contact your insurance provider prior to your first session to gather information if you plan to seek third-party reimbursement and ask:
- What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained from an out-of-network provider?
- How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
- What is my deductible?
- What is my co-pay?
